Practical AI.
Less busywork.

I’m Thomas Vallee. I help businesses save time on repetitive work, improve their software, and put AI to practical use—from everyday admin to a defined project for a larger team.

A SMALL PLACE TO START

One repetitive task.
One clear improvement.

Prepare weekly figures, turn an approved order into a job checklist, or put booking details in a shared calendar. We’ll choose one repeatable task between up to two tools.

See what you could simplify
One process improvement$500 USD

Fixed price when your task fits this scope.

  • One agreed process connecting up to two tools you already use
  • The details you need transferred, with duplicate and error checks
  • Checks against the agreed outcome and a walkthrough
  • Setup and recovery notes, plus one round of agreed revisions

Pay $250 after accepting the proposal and $250 after accepting the finished work. Timing is confirmed around scheduled evening and weekend work. Software subscriptions and additional scope are quoted separately.

Check whether your task fits

Initial fit review is free. If the systems need investigation, a separately approved $150 assessment checks what is possible and provides a written recommendation. Read project terms.

HOW I CAN HELP

Practical improvements
for the way you work.

Whether you use email and spreadsheets or a set of business systems, start with what takes too much time or gets in the way. We’ll agree a focused improvement that fits your team.

FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERY

A clear process.
Fewer meetings.

You bring the task. I help define a manageable deliverable, build it, and hand it over with the information you need to use it.

01

Send a short brief

Describe what happens now, what should change, and the tools involved. Add a screen-recording link if showing it is easier.

02

Agree on the scope

I review the brief and clarify questions in your private project workspace. If needed, we arrange one short call. Work that needs investigation starts with a separately agreed paid assessment.

03

Approve the plan

Review what you’ll receive, how you’ll test it, the price, and the dates. Accept the proposal and pay the agreed deposit before work starts.

04

Review the result

You review the result against the agreed scope. I address included revisions, provide handover notes, and agree any further work separately.

Designed for scheduled work

Development takes place in evening and weekend work blocks. Portal messages and written updates are the default; response windows and any calls are agreed before work begins.

Start with one clear outcome

Small, standalone tasks are the best fit. Larger requests can be split into milestones. Support, additional features, and changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately; urgent or on-call coverage is not offered.

BEFORE YOU START

A few common questions.

You work directly with Thomas Vallee, from the first reply through delivery.

Do I need special software to get started?

No. Email, spreadsheets, shared files, and booking tools are all useful starting points. We first check what your current tools can support.

Can you work with a larger team or our IT provider?

Yes. A focused project can fit within a larger business. We agree responsibilities, access, testing, and handover with the people involved. Existing technical requirements and documentation are welcome.

Do I need a technical brief?

No. Describe the task in your own words, the tools you use, and what you want to happen. A few sentences or a short screen recording are enough to start.

What will it cost?

A qualifying $500 starter covers one agreed process between up to two tools. Other features and projects get a separate quote. The initial fit review is free; any $150 investigation is agreed before you pay.

Will we need meetings?

Written messages in your private portal are the default. If a question is easier to resolve on a short call, we can arrange one.

When can work start?

Thomas takes on one implementation project at a time, in scheduled evening and weekend blocks. Your proposal confirms availability, delivery dates, and response times before you commit.

Does my project need AI?

Only if it helps. A straightforward connection or automation may be the better solution. The proposal explains what will be built and any ongoing software costs.

What happens after delivery?

You test the result and request any included revisions. After acceptance and the final payment, Thomas completes the agreed handover. Additional work and ongoing support are quoted separately.
