VALLEE AI INTEGRATION · ZEBULON, NC · REMOTE ACROSS THE US

Practical AI integration for your business.

AI is most useful when it helps with a real task. I connect AI capabilities to your existing process, with clear limits, useful checks, and a person deciding what moves forward.

Describe what you want to improve

Free initial fit review. Scope, price, and dates agreed before work starts.

POSSIBILITIES TO DISCUSS

What this could look like.

These examples are starting points. Your project should address the task that matters to your business.

Turn documents into usable information

Pull details such as dates, amounts, or order numbers from documents or messages into a review screen. Missing or uncertain details are flagged before the information is used in your business tools.

Find answers in approved material

Help your team find answers in the documents you choose, with links back to the relevant material. The scope defines what the assistant can access and what happens when an answer is unavailable.

Prepare work for your team

Draft replies, summaries, or project updates from the information you provide. Your team checks accuracy, edits the wording, and approves the result.

What you can expect.

  • An agreed task, the information AI may use, and clear limits on what it can do
  • A working connection that fits your process and keeps access limited to the right people
  • Examples to check accuracy and what happens when information is missing or incorrect
  • Human review where agreed, plus handover notes and ongoing cost information

Is it a good fit?

Good candidates involve text, documents, or repeated preparation work that a person can check. If a fixed rule or ordinary software connection solves the task reliably, I will propose that. AI results still need checking for accuracy.

You work directly with Thomas Vallee. Projects use scheduled evening and weekend work blocks, with written updates and dates agreed in advance.

Tell me what you want to improve.

Start with the task you want to improve, the tools you use, and a few made-up examples of the information you start with and the result you need. Explain who should review the result. Keep passwords and sensitive customer records out of the initial brief.

I review the brief, clarify questions in your private workspace, and confirm whether a focused implementation or a separately approved assessment is the next step. You approve the proposal before paid work begins.

Questions about ai integration.

Do I need to know which AI model to use?

No. Describe the outcome you need. We choose an approach based on the task, accuracy requirements, data handling, and ongoing costs, then check it against representative examples.

Can AI work with an older business system?

Sometimes. We first check whether the system supports a connection between programs (an API), a file export, or another way to exchange information. Feasibility and access are confirmed before promising an integration.

What does an AI integration cost?

AI features are quoted after the task, information involved, review steps, and quality checks are understood. Any paid assessment is approved separately. The proposal distinguishes implementation costs from ongoing model or software charges.

What would you like to simplify?

Describe what happens now and what you wish happened instead. A few sentences are enough to start.
