VALLEE AI INTEGRATION · ZEBULON, NC · REMOTE ACROSS THE US

Automate the tasks you repeat every week.

Stop moving the same information from one place to another. I help you choose a repetitive task worth simplifying, then build a workflow around the software and habits your team already uses.

Describe what you want to improve

Free initial fit review. Scope, price, and dates agreed before work starts.

POSSIBILITIES TO DISCUSS

What this could look like.

These examples are starting points. Your project should address the task that matters to your business.

Reminders and approvals

Prepare a reminder when a document needs review or a task is waiting on someone. Agree who checks it and when it is appropriate to send.

Job and order preparation

An approved order can populate a packing list, visit checklist, or shared calendar. Your team confirms the details before a customer commitment or schedule change.

Recurring reports

Bring agreed figures from your existing tools into a repeatable report. Flag missing information instead of silently filling gaps with guesses.

What you can expect.

  • A written description of what starts the process, its steps, and the result
  • One agreed workflow, with checks for missing data and repeat submissions
  • A way to see failures and retry safely where the tools support it
  • Agreed checks, a walkthrough, and instructions for setup and fixing common problems

Is it a good fit?

The best starting point is frequent, predictable work with a clear owner. If the process changes every time, we can first simplify the steps or build a tool that assists a person. AI is optional.

You work directly with Thomas Vallee. Projects use scheduled evening and weekend work blocks, with written updates and dates agreed in advance.

Tell me what you want to improve.

Describe what starts the task, the tools involved, who makes decisions, and what the finished result should look like. A made-up example or short screen recording is enough for the first review.

I review the brief, clarify questions in your private workspace, and confirm whether a focused implementation or a separately approved assessment is the next step. You approve the proposal before paid work begins.

Questions about workflow automation.

What does a small automation project cost?

A qualifying starter is $500 USD for one agreed workflow between up to two tools. The written proposal confirms whether your task fits, what is included, and any software costs. Investigation, if needed, is a separately approved $150 assessment.

Can you work with my existing automation platform?

Yes, the starting point is what you already use. We check what can start the process, who needs access, and what your subscriptions support before choosing an approach. A custom build is only proposed when it is appropriate.

Will everything happen automatically?

We decide which steps can run automatically and which need review. Customer-facing messages, important record changes, and exceptions can have an approval step in the agreed design.

What would you like to simplify?

Describe what happens now and what you wish happened instead. A few sentences are enough to start.
