HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Clear terms.
A manageable project.
These service defaults apply to new proposals that reference version 2026-09-14. Your accepted written proposal records the exact scope, price, dates, and any agreed changes to these defaults. Sending a brief starts a free fit review.

Scope and starting work
Paid work starts only after you accept a specific proposal, the agreed deposit or milestone is funded, required access is ready, and Thomas confirms the start. An inquiry does not reserve a slot. If feasibility is uncertain, a paid assessment is proposed and approved separately.
The $500 starter is for a qualifying single workflow across up to two existing tools. Additional systems, historical data migration, extensive custom interfaces, subscriptions, and ongoing support are outside that package unless expressly included. The $150 assessment provides investigation and a written recommendation; implementation is separate.
Payments and delivery
Unless your proposal says otherwise, 50% is due after proposal acceptance and 50% after you accept the delivery, before final source/configuration handover. A reviewable demo or other agreed evidence is provided for acceptance. Stripe processes online payments; a separately agreed invoice arrangement may also be used. Any applicable taxes or third-party charges will be disclosed before you accept a price.
Work takes place in scheduled evening and weekend blocks. Delivery and response windows are agreed in the proposal and depend on timely access and feedback. Urgent response or on-call coverage is not included.
Review and changes
Acceptance is based on the criteria in the published proposal. Please provide one consolidated set of in-scope revision requests within five business days of delivery, unless the proposal specifies another window. Silence does not count as acceptance. Report a mismatch with the agreed criteria in the portal so it can be reviewed and corrected.
New requirements, additional integrations, or changes outside the accepted scope need a written change proposal before extra work or charges. Post-handover maintenance and support require a separate agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Either party can request cancellation through the project portal or by emailing thomasvallee311@gmail.com. If you cancel, completed work and specifically approved nonrecoverable third-party costs are payable up to the accepted price; any remaining unearned prepayment is refundable. Thomas will provide a written breakdown before settling the project.
If Thomas cannot complete an agreed deliverable, you can agree a revised plan or cancel the uncompleted portion and receive a refund of its unearned prepayment. Refunds are processed through the original payment method where available; bank/provider posting time varies. No new paid work is started after cancellation is confirmed.
Access, ownership, and handover
You must have authority to provide access to the systems and data involved. Use scoped invitations or another agreed secure method rather than sharing credentials in portal messages. Remove temporary access when the project is handed over.
The proposal identifies what source, configuration, documentation, and usage or ownership rights are transferred after final payment. Existing libraries, third-party software, and pre-existing tools retain their applicable licenses. Any production deployment requires the approvals agreed for that project.
AI and project records
AI may assist with preparation and implementation. Thomas reviews work before releasing it; AI output alone is not proof that a deliverable works. No specific revenue or time-saving result is guaranteed. Information handling is explained in the privacy notice.
Scope and delivery approvals are recorded in the portal. A later change to this page does not change an already accepted proposal. Keep a copy of your accepted terms and handover materials.
