Connect the business tools you already use.

Bring information together across the tools your team uses. That could mean a spreadsheet and booking calendar, or a defined connection between existing business systems.

Describe what you want to improve

POSSIBILITIES TO DISCUSS

What this could look like.

These examples are starting points. Your project should address the task that matters to your business.

Orders to a shared work list

Move approved order details into a spreadsheet or job list so the team can prepare the work. Check for missing details and avoid adding the same order twice.

Bookings to operations

Connect confirmed bookings or orders to a shared calendar, job view, or preparation checklist. Keep your current booking tool and agree how later changes are handled.

Older software to a modern workflow

Use supported software connections or file exports to move information from an older system. We check what the system allows before promising a solution.

What you can expect.

  • A clear plan for what information moves, where it goes, and how details match
  • Secure sign-in and access limited to the agreed task
  • Duplicate handling and a documented approach to errors and retries
  • Tests using agreed examples and instructions for managing the connection

Is it a good fit?

A useful first project connects two tools around one clear result. We check supported connections, who can access them, usage limits, and subscription requirements before building. Some systems restrict integration, so compatibility is confirmed individually.

You work directly with Thomas Vallee. Projects use scheduled evening and weekend work blocks, with written updates and dates agreed in advance.

Tell me what you want to improve.

List the tools and subscription plans you use, what information should move, and which tool should hold the most up-to-date information. Share a made-up example of the details you need. We arrange secure access separately if the project proceeds.

I review the brief, clarify questions in your private workspace, and confirm whether a focused implementation or a separately approved assessment is the next step. You approve the proposal before paid work begins.

Questions about software connections.

Do I have to replace the software I use now?

Usually the goal is to connect what you already have. We check supported integration options first and explain any limitations before recommending a change.

Can you work with our technical team or existing systems?

Yes. We can review API documentation—the instructions for connecting software—alongside your access controls, required data fields, testing process, and handover needs. Customer-management software, often called a CRM, is one possible system among many.

Can the connection update both tools?

It may be possible, but updating both tools needs rules for conflicting edits, deleted records, and which version to keep. We agree those rules and quote the scope separately when it is more involved than a simple one-way workflow.

What happens if a connected service is unavailable?

The design specifies how failures are recorded, who checks them, and when a retry is safe. Recovery instructions are part of the handover. The exact behavior depends on the systems involved.

What would you like to simplify?

Describe what happens now and what you wish happened instead. A few sentences are enough to start.
