Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. The initial review looks at your current site, platform, and desired change. Access, code quality, and platform limitations are checked before a fixed scope is agreed.
Will I need to attend regular meetings?
Written messages and project updates are the default. A short call can be arranged when it is useful, and the proposal confirms the communication plan.
Is ongoing maintenance included?
The proposal defines delivery, included revisions, and handover. Ongoing maintenance, additional features, and support are agreed separately. Urgent or on-call coverage is not offered.
